Prior to the commencement of each year, parents are required to complete the Registration/Information Form, acknowledging their understanding and acceptance of the conditions of enrolment. All information collected is for administration purposes only within NIYPAA and is not made available to other persons or organisations.

The Dance Theatre Curriculum is designed to operate over four levels.

Levels One & Two: Dancers enrolled in Levels One and Two are required to attend:
• Rehearsals for one hour a week
• The annual Dance Theatre Performing Arts School
• Special rehearsals as required
• Two major Performances

Level Three: Dancers enrolled in Level 3 of the Dance Theatre are selected from all rehearsal centres. They rehearse in a central location and their commitment is to attend:
• Rehearsals for one and a half hours per week
• The annual Dance Theatre Performing Arts School (in a central location)
• Special rehearsals as required
• Two major Performances

The Ensemble: Selection is by annual audition. Dancers in the Ensemble are specially selected from all rehearsal centres for their expertise. These Dancers rehearse at a central location and are required to attend:
• Rehearsals for 3 hours each week
• Special Rehearsals as required.
• The annual Performing Arts School (at a central location).
• Performances as scheduled.
