2009 Dance Festival
5th International Nature Loving Association (INLA) Dance Festival - Beijing China
The Australian Youth Dance Theatre was delighted to be invited to once again participate in INLAís international dance festival. Our dancers performed with dancers from 16 countries who formed 24 performance teams. Close the to the shadow of the Olympic Bird's Nest Stadium, this year's Festival attracted an audience of over 10,000 people.

Dancers Galore!
The Australian Youth Dance Theatre and the Australian Youth Choir have been invited to perform at the opening of the National Square Dancing Convention on Friday 5th June 2009 at the Loftus Street Recreational Centre in Leederville WA.

Square Dancers from all over Australia will attend the opening Ceremony and the Australian Youth Dance Theatre will present "Paint Your Wagon" from "Brothers and Sisters" to fire participants enthusiasm and get them focused for a great convention. The Australian Youth Choir will sing "Advance Australia Fair" and "I still call Australia Home" before 2000 square dancers hit the floor in a mass celebration of dance to start the event.
